14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date it was made, without giving a reason. To do so, email legal@complipilot.dev from the address on the account, or simply reply to your receipt. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your request.

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling is self-service from your dashboard, under Manage billing.

After the withdrawal period

Subscriptions are billed for the period ahead. Once the 14-day window has passed we do not refund unused parts of a period that has already started, but cancelling stops all future charges immediately and you keep access until the period ends.

If something did not work as described, that is not a refund question — write to us and we will fix it or refund you regardless of the window.

Lifetime deals

Lifetime licences bought through a marketplace (for example DealMirror) are covered by that marketplace's own refund policy, which applies in place of this page. Contact them for those purchases.
